Mandy Fitzmaurice has over 20 years' experience in General and HR Management across a broad range of service industries. Passionate about people and the world of HR, Mandy's no-nonsense, straightforward approach to day to day people issues has gained her enormous respect during her career and her innate ability to break down barriers and inspire confidence and motivate others is exceptional. Following a long and successful career in corporate life, Mandy increasingly saw how difficult it was for smaller businesses to be able to access high calibre HR support and advice and so created Change Partner Consultancy to enable more businesses to be able to enjoy the same level of advice and support that is usually only the privilege of big corporate companies. Mandy now works with business leaders and their teams to help them navigate their way through the minefield of employment legislation and change that comes with running any kind of business in today's world.
